Bazingga⚡ Child Safety Standards

Bazingga has zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE), including child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes our standards against CSAE and how we act on it, in line with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.

1. Our commitment

Bazingga is a family-safe messenger. We prohibit any use of the app that sexually exploits, endangers, or abuses a child. This includes creating, sharing, requesting, promoting, or facilitating access to CSAM, and any grooming, enticement, sextortion, or trafficking of a minor. Accounts that engage in this are removed, and — where the law requires — reported to the authorities.

2. What is prohibited

• Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, audio, drawings, or AI-generated content.
• Sexualizing a minor, or sexual solicitation of a minor.
• Grooming, enticement, or building a relationship with a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sextortion — threatening to share a minor's intimate content.
• Trafficking, or advertising the availability of a minor for sexual purposes.
• Sharing links, contacts, or instructions that facilitate any of the above.

3. Age eligibility

You must be at least 13 to use Bazingga (18 or older in India). We apply a neutral date-of-birth age check before an account can be created; a user below the required age for their region is blocked and no account is made. See our Privacy Policy for details.

4. How to report child sexual abuse or exploitation

Anyone can report CSAE to us, and reports are reviewed first, ahead of everything else:

• In the app: long-press a message → Report message, or open a contact → Report, and choose the Child safety category (pinned at the top of the list).
• By email: bazingga.app@gmail.com — our child-safety point of contact. Please include enough detail for us to locate the content (usernames, approximate time). Do not attach the illegal content itself.

5. How we respond

When we become aware of apparent CSAE, we follow a documented preserve → report → takedown process:

• Preserve the relevant content and account data as evidence, as required by law.
• Report apparent CSAM to the U.S. National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) CyberTipline, and cooperate with law enforcement as required.
• Remove the content and permanently ban the account.

We comply with our reporting obligations under applicable law (including 18 U.S.C. §2258A in the United States) and preserve reported material for the period the law requires.

6. Standards published for our users and reviewers

These standards are part of our Terms of Service (Acceptable Use and Safety & Enforcement) and our Privacy Policy. Violating them results in content removal and account termination.
