You can permanently delete your Bazingga account and its content two ways:

1. In the app (instant, self-serve)

Open Bazingga → Profile → scroll down → Delete account → type DELETE to confirm. This is instant and doesn't require contacting us.

2. By email (if you can't access the app)

Email bazingga.app@gmail.com from the address or phone number on your account, with the subject "Delete my account". We process requests within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your messages are erased from every chat (other participants see a "message deleted" placeholder — their side of the conversation isn't broken)
Your Moments, profile photo, status, and username are removed
Your account is permanently deactivated — you can never log back into it

What's retained (and why)

Safety reports naming your account may be retained for a legally-required period even after deletion, per applicable child-safety and platform-safety law. This does not include your message content, which is erased regardless.
