Bazingga⚡ Terms of Service

Effective date: August 13, 2026 · Applies to the Bazingga mobile app

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Bazingga ("we", "us", "the app") governing your use of the Bazingga mobile app. By creating an account, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Bazingga (18 or older if you're in India). We verify this with a neutral date-of-birth check before you can create an account — see our Privacy Policy, section 8, for how that works. If we later learn an account belongs to someone under the required age for their region, we will suspend and delete it.

2. Your account

• You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity on your account.
• Provide accurate information at signup (your date of birth, in particular, must be truthful).
• One account per person. Don't create an account for someone else without their permission.

3. Acceptable use

Bazingga is meant to be fast, private, and expressive — for everyone. You agree not to use the app to:

• Send or share content that is illegal, sexually exploitative of a minor, threatening, harassing, hateful, or promotes self-harm or violence.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity or age.
• Spam, scam, phish, or attempt to defraud other users.
• Attempt to access another user's account, or interfere with the app's security or infrastructure (including reverse-engineering, scraping, or abusing rate limits/API keys).
• Use the app in a way that violates the law of your country or region.

We take violations seriously. See Privacy Policy §6 for how blocking and reporting work — reports involving child safety are reviewed first, always.

4. Your content

You own the messages, photos, voice notes, and Moments you create ("your content"). By sending content through Bazingga, you grant us a limited license to store, transmit, and display it strictly to operate the app (for example, delivering your message to the person you sent it to). We do not use your content to train AI models, sell it, or show it to anyone you didn't intend to reach.

You're responsible for what you post. Don't share content you don't have the right to share.

5. AI features

Smart Replies, chat summaries, translation, mood detection, and BazinggaBot are optional AI features powered by Google Gemini — see Privacy Policy §4 for how that works. These features may occasionally produce inaccurate or unexpected output; don't rely on them for anything important, and you can ignore or disable them at any time.

6. Safety & enforcement

We may remove content, suspend, or permanently ban an account that violates these Terms — with or without prior notice, depending on severity. Reports of child sexual abuse material or exploitation are escalated immediately and, where required, reported to the relevant authorities (in the US, the NCMEC CyberTipline). We preserve relevant evidence for these reports as required by law, even after an account is deleted (see Privacy Policy §7).

7. Termination

You may delete your account at any time — instantly, in the app (Profile → Delete account) or at bazingga.app/delete-account. We may suspend or terminate your account for violating these Terms, extended inactivity, or if required by law. Sections of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination (like our limitation of liability) will continue to apply.

8. No warranty

Bazingga is provided "as is." We work hard to keep it fast and reliable, but we don't guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times. Features described in these Terms or in-app may change as the app evolves.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazingga and its founder are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including content shared by other users. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited (for example, in cases of fraud or gross negligence).

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms as the app grows. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date above and, where required, notify you in-app.

11. Governing law
